ACCOUNT

Creating a Linoa account is free and available to all customers.

Each account allows you to:

View your order history and track delivery status.

Manage saved addresses and personal information.

Receive early notifications about new collections and exclusive offers.

Members are automatically enrolled in the Linoa Membership Program, with privileges based on total accumulated spending:

MEMBER: 0 – under 5 million VND

VIP 1: 5 – under 10 million VND

VIP 2: 10 – under 15 million VND

VIP 3: 15 million VND and above

When you reach a new spending tier, your membership level will automatically upgrade, and the benefits will apply immediately.

You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting congtythoitranglinoa@gmail.com. Deleting your account will permanently remove all data, including purchase history and accumulated rewards.

COUPON

Linoa offers various E-vouchers and discount coupons to thank loyal customers.

Vouchers may be issued through:

Birthday gifts

Pre-order promotions

Seasonal campaigns

VIP-tier privileges

Each coupon or voucher:

Has its own expiration date and usage terms.

Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Must be entered at checkout to apply the discount.

Lost or expired coupons cannot be reissued.

Birthday E-vouchers are granted once per year per family account:

Member: 200,000 VND

VIP 1: 10% off

VIP 2: 15% off

VIP 3: 20% off
