CANCELLATION

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
Requests must be submitted within 5 days of receipt.
Items must remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, free from stains or odors, and returned with original tags, packaging, accessories, and any complimentary gifts.
Linoa reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of use.
EXCHANGE TERMS
Each product may only be exchanged once (for size, color, or style).
Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. If the replacement is of higher value, customers must pay the difference; if lower, no refund will be issued.
Customers bear round-trip shipping costs (except for defective or wrongly delivered items).
Defective or wrongly delivered items will be replaced, with shipping costs covered by Linoa.
Linoa will arrange for the shipping partner to collect and deliver the exchanged items. Customers must return the product in full, including packaging and gifts (if any).
For orders placed via e-commerce platforms, the platform’s exchange policies apply.
